Data we process
For a testing application we collect your name, business email address, company, chosen language, requested modules, optional message, submission time and the versions of the notices you acknowledge. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, special-category personal data or unnecessary information in the message. Technical connection information, such as IP address, request time and browser information, may be processed to deliver and protect the website.
Purposes and legal bases
We use application details to assess the request, contact you about testing and arrange requested access. The basis is steps requested before a contract where you are the prospective contracting party, or our legitimate interest in handling a professional inquiry and the company's service relationship where you act for an employer. Necessary security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests. Legally required records are processed to meet the relevant legal obligation. Optional consent, where required for another feature, is requested separately.
Cookies, language and the public simulator
The website stores the chosen language in browser local storage. Control uses necessary authentication and security technologies under its own notice. This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. The public simulator uses the supplied sample photographs; its camera and export actions display notices, and it does not initiate paid AI analysis. The sample gallery is not a view of a registered company's private projects.
Recipients and service providers
Testing applications are accessible to authorized CAD-CAM Solutions staff, not to unrelated companies or ordinary users. Hosting and necessary operational processors support the service; the current platform uses Contabo GmbH for hosting. Email delivery is used when we respond to the requested application. If purchasing is later enabled, Paddle processes payment and billing data as an independent controller under its own privacy notice; the website does not collect your full card number. Optional cloud-AI processing requires the provider and transfer information applicable to that feature before use.
Processing locations and transfers
A domain name does not establish the physical location of every service provider. Details of current hosting, email and any optional AI providers and locations can be requested from the privacy contact. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, an applicable GDPR Chapter V mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, is required. Feature-specific provider and transfer arrangements must be confirmed before enabling that processing.
Retention and deletion
Testing applications expire after 90 days and are removed by the application's scheduled cleanup. If you join the service, the subsequent company-account records are governed by the relevant app/Control notice. Necessary security information is retained only for its documented operational or incident-handling purpose; records required by law or a substantiated legal claim are assessed separately. Deleted data may remain in protected backups until normal rotation. You may request earlier deletion where applicable, and we explain any lawful exception.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send privacy requests to the contact shown above; requests are handled within the applicable statutory time limits, with any necessary identity verification explained. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information at https://naih.hu, or another competent supervisory authority, and seek a judicial remedy.
Required fields and decisions
The application fields marked as required are necessary to handle the request. If they are not provided, we cannot assess or arrange the requested testing access. Optional messages are voluntary. The application does not automatically grant access and is not a solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing.
Changes and separate provider notices
Material changes are published with a new version. The testing application records the version acknowledged at submission. This notice does not replace Paddle's privacy information or the specific notices for authenticated app, company-account or cloud-AI functions.
